Who is it for? And how much does it cost?

  • You have a bachelor's degree
  • If you have a BSc degree from a university of applied sciences, you can enroll in our pre-master’s program
  • You already work with CAD and GIS in a professional setting
  • If you don’t have any work experience yet, our traineeship might be of interest to you
  • The cost is €350 per month, excluding 21% VAT

 

Opleidingstraject

  • During the online intake interview, we’ll discuss your wishes and goals. Balancing work and study is challenging, and we’ll address that with you during the intake. You’ll receive tips and advice, and you’ll have time to think it over after the intake.
  • The course load for the courses/modules/programs is expressed in ECTS credit points (European Credit Transfer System). One ECTS credit point is equivalent to 28 hours of study. Geo-ICT Training Center, Netherlands takes a practical approach. Courses and programs must be immediately applicable; this enhances your resume and makes certain job opportunities immediately visible. Earning credits or a degree is not an end in itself for us.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re pursuing a degree, it’s very important to know why you’re doing it and what you hope to achieve. For us, the priority is that you’re happy as a person and already have a job you really enjoy. That gives you a solid foundation. In addition to your studies, you can take advantage of more than 200 practical courses taught in small groups. This means you’ll have plenty of interaction with instructors and other professionals working in the field. You’ll build a strong professional network.

In addition, our study coaches and instructors will guide and support you throughout your studies. These study coaches and instructors have usually already completed the master’s program themselves, so they know what they’re talking about. We also continuously review your resume. It gets better and better as you earn more EC credits and complete practical courses.

  • You will earn an NVAO-accredited associate degree. This degree has the same recognition as those awarded by traditional universities of applied sciences.
  • You will earn an NVAO-accredited university degree. This has the same recognition as degrees from traditional universities.

During your studies, you’ll work 4 days a week and spend 1 day a week on your studies. If you work for us, we’ll pay for your education.

Studying while working is a challenge, but it also has many advantages because you can often combine the two. In both programs, you’ll complete many practical assignments, which may include Geo-ICT projects whose results are also very useful for your work.

For us, the main thing is that you already have a job you enjoy and that you can continue to develop. All the courses for which you’ve earned credits and all the practical courses you take with us will be listed on your resume right away. This way, you’ll keep increasing your market value, and you’ll have a recognized degree on the horizon as a goal. But that’s not an end in itself.
